Can the agent read other sessions?

Only your own. The agent can bring recalled content from your own past sessions into a new one. It never reads the session of another user. See Whose sessions can the agent recall?.

Who can see my session?

You alone, until you share it. After you share it, every user of your installation can see it. See Who can see a session?.

Why did a session appear that I did not start?

Hyground starts a session from a schedule. It also starts one when a notification arrives from a connected system. Both kinds are shared with every user from the start. See Sessions Hyground starts.

Why is a reply slow?

The agent often runs several tool calls before it writes its reply. Hyground shows Thinking... while it works. See Why does a reply take minutes?.

Can the agent change my systems?

The agent is read-only by default. Your administrator can allow selected write actions. Some of them ask for your approval first, others run without asking. See Whose access the agent uses.

What happens to a session I delete?

Hyground deletes the session and its messages. You cannot undo this. See Delete a session.

Why did the answer miss something?

The agent answers from the results its tool calls returned. Ask again with more detail, or rate the reply Bad response and name a reason. See Where answers go wrong and Rate a reply.

Where do I report a problem?

See Get help for the feedback form and the error report. See Your data for what a session stores.
