The Hyground window

This page names the parts of the Hyground web UI. The rest of the guide uses these names.

Schematic of the Hyground window: left navigation, settings menu, session panel, chat area, Tools panel, message box.

Where do you move between pages?

The left navigation is on every page. Point to an icon to read its name. The icons are Home, Sessions, Auto RCAs, Session Scheduler, and Skills.

Below them sit the Change log, Help & guidance, and Documentation icons. See Get help.

The gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation opens the settings menu. Open Profile, Language, Appearance, or Send feedback from this menu. The menu can hold further entries that this guide does not cover. The menu ends with a line that names the version of your installation.

Where are your sessions?

The session panel opens on the Sessions and Auto RCAs pages. The Skills and Session Scheduler pages open their own panel in the same place. The Home page has no panel. For what the session panel lists, see Sessions.

Click the icon beside the Hyground logo to hide the panel. Another icon then appears beside the left navigation. Click that icon to bring the panel back.

Where do you read and write?

An open session fills the rest of the window. The chat area sits above the message box.

The Tools panel belongs to a reply in which the agent ran tools. Click Tools to open it. See How the agent answers.

The three dots icon in the top right corner of a session opens the session menu. See What is in the session menu?.
